1. What do I wear to classes?

Comfortable recreational/sports gear.

2. Do I wear shoes to classes?

No, Pilates, Piloxing and Yoga is practiced with bare feet or Pilates socks.

3. What if I haven’t done pilates, yoga or piloxing before?

Exercises are offered at different levels to accommodate varying levels of experience in the class.  Always inform the instructor if you are new to a class.

4. What if I have an injury?

If you are injured or require rehabilitation, it is recommended to attend private studio pilates before commencing group mat classes.

Always inform Andrea of any injuries or areas of pain before class.

 5. Do I need to book?

Yes.  Please contact Andrea for availability and bookings.
